SIGNING A CONTRACT
When you are ready to make an offer, we strongly advise you seek our advice before signing a contract. This gives us the opportunity to look over your proposed contract to ensure that you are signing one that meets your specific and individual needs and also assuring your legal protection.
Once a contract document has been signed by all parties you will be bound to proceed as provided in that contract. There are a number of non-standard clauses in existence, for example; council compliance or soil tests that you may wish to consider before proceeding.
Professional fees: $150.00 including GST.
SELLING COSTS
Professional fees: $1,000.00 including GST (PLUS any property searches and disbursement costs)
PURCHASING COSTS
