Also part of our growing team is Tracey Brown, a Conveyancing Clerk with 20 years experience in conveyancing in Tasmania and Isy Spriggs, personal assistant with over 10 years experience working in law firms and local government.
Company Tasmanian legislation has only recently been passed to provide for Licensed Conveyancers to provide conveyancing services for a fee. Previously in Tasmania only lawyers were permitted to carry out conveyancing services for a fee. Wise Move Conveyancing is excited to be one of the first Coneyancing Practices with an addedd option of mobile service available in southern Tasmania, available when and where you are available, saving you valuable time while you receive great professional service.
